How to Say “Hi” (a.k.a. Your Free Discovery Call)

Curious about working together? Your first taste is a free 30-minute Discovery Call—but here’s the deal: you’ll need to fill out my Client Intake Form first. Think of it as your backstage pass to our conversation.

Once you’ve filled out the form (you’ll find it under the New Clients tab or sprinkled in links across my site), send me an email with “Discovery Call Request” in the subject line. That’s my cue to set up your call—a no-pressure, totally free chat to feel each other out.

Note: I no longer book calls without the Intake Form and an email first—trust me, it keeps our first connection smoother, safer, and way more productive.

How I WORK (AND WHAT I DON'T DO)

Therapy often talks about sexuality through a medical or problem-solving lens. My approach? Totally different. I coach through experience—breaking down intimacy into moments you can actually feel, practice, and grow from. In our sessions, I bring vulnerability, mindfulness, and empathy to help you:

Unpack outdated beliefs about intimacy and sexuality
Reduce shame and build confidence
Deepen your self-awareness
Embrace your erotic self without apology

While I do connect with you emotionally and physically in session, boundaries are always professional and crystal clear: I guide you in practicing intimacy, but I never engage in sexual acts with clients. It’s a common question, and I’m always happy to explain more during your complimentary call.

TRY BEFORE YOU COMMIT

If you’re thinking about investing in coaching, I invite you to start with a single session. It’s your way of testing the waters and feeling the vibe. However, this first meeting isn't about diving into the deepest parts of your story just yet—it’s about feeling each other out, making sure you’re comfortable with me, and seeing if my style of coaching feels like a good fit for you. The real depth comes with time, so after this first session, I ask for a commitment to at least three more sessions. That way, we can build trust, momentum, and space for meaningful change.

PATIENCE IS PART OF THE PROCESS

Exploring intimacy—emotional, physical, erotic—can feel tender, strange, or even awkward at first. That’s normal. Be gentle with yourself, share your boundaries, and give the process space to unfold. My role is to meet you where you are, so long as you show up with an open heart and mind.

PRIVACY GOES BOTH WAYS

When we’re in session, my goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and deeply understood. I give my focus and energy fully to create a meaningful experience for you—and I ask that you respect my privacy, just as I respect yours. Everything you share stays confidential.

WHERE WE MEET

In-Person Coaching: 1:1 and Couples sessions are at my Los Angeles home office.
Virtual Coaching: Zoom or Google Meet sessions are available for comfort and convenience.
Experiential BDSM: Hosted at a professional dungeon in North Hollywood (details shared after booking).
Date Night Services: Customized location based on your needs.

Currently, all sessions except Experiential BDSM can be done virtually for your safety and comfort—perfect if you’re outside SoCal.

PAYMENT & POLICIES

Payment is due in full before your first session to lock in your spot. Pay directly through this site or via Venmo. Need to cancel? Please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

Less than 24 hours: the full session price is due.
Less than 48 hours: 50% of the session price is due.
